VIDAL & AGUIRRE ABOGADOS is a law firm in Uruguay dedicated to providing legal advice and representation in matters of Transport Law and especially Maritime Law, and the only one in the country specialized in making claims in maritime transport accidents and international cargo transport by all means of transportation.
For more than forty years we have been dedicated to Maritime Law matters, international claims in cases of cargo transport, damage to merchandise, marine insurance and ship arrest.
Therefore, our speciality includes maritime and aeronautical law, land and multimodal transport law and, obviously, insurance law.
