• Doctor in Law and Social Sciences, graduated from the University of the Republic in 2003.

• She is a specialist in multimodal, maritime, air and land transport, and insurance matters.

​

• Graduated in “Insurance Law” from the University of Montevideo.

• Since 2014 she is a Member of “Vidal & Aguirre Abogados”, a law firm based in Montevideo dedicated to transport law, especially maritime law, and insurance.

​

• Member of the Revista de Transporte y Seguros editorial committee.

​

• Member of the Board of Directors of the Uruguayan Association of Maritime Law (AUDM) and at present she is the Treasurer of such Board.

​

• Member of the Uruguayan Section of the International Insurance Law Association (AIDA).

​

• She has participated in various national and international conferences on transport and insurance, both as a speaker and participant in Uruguay and abroad as well.

​

• Member of the Uruguayan Bar Association.
